Review your blog entries so far. • What do your entries reflect about your values? • Are there themes/patterns of values that are consistent across all occupations? If so, describe them. If your activities reflect a wide range of values, describe them. • Have you discovered anything about yourself and/or your valued occupations that you hadn’t realized before? Explain. My entries reflect that I enjoy being active and spending time with people who care about me. The pattern that is reflected across most occupations that I have written about is that I like to do my favorite occupations with meaningful people. I enjoy playing tennis with my boyfriend, walking, etc. I realized how beneficial my meaningful occupations are to me. If I think about what life would be without the things I enjoyed doing like playing tennis, going on walks, or cooking, I would be a lot less happy and healthy.
